We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc.
Job Summary:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
