Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc.
Job Summary:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and generating sales leads through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
