Leadership Role for Project Management Expert in Northern Canada

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery teams in Northern Canada. This leadership opportunity will enable the right candidate to grow a service business that aligns with their own personal and cultural values.
This role requires strong project management skills, including experience leading multiple project delivery teams, overseeing performance, and selecting and organizing team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and empower project delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Oversee project performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Select, organize, and influence the performance of multi-disciplined project teams.
- Implement training and tools to support service delivery excellence.
- Build a personal brand based on subject matter expertise and passion.
- Lead account management activities and foster a culture of quality.
- Cultivate relationships with clients across various sectors, including public and private organizations, Indigenous governing bodies, and local authorities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading project management mandates of varying size and scope.
- University degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, or engineering (or a related mix of academic and practical experience).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, contract law, and relevant legislation.
- Broad written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and report writing.
- Effective client and people management skills, along with the ability to influence others and resolve commercial, people, client, and technical issues.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive onboarding experience, significant professional development opportunities, a paid volunteer day, and a flexible work environment.
