About the Role

VFEEL VAPE INC is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and assess the daily operations of our distribution center to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Arrange for Shipping Documentation and Tracking: Coordinate with our shipping partners to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and that goods are tracked and traced throughout the transportation process.
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of our products, ensuring that they are handled and stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Negotiate for Services and Rates: Negotiate with our shipping partners to secure the best possible rates and services for our company.
  • Oversee Revenue and Monitor Performance: Monitor and analyze the revenue generated by our distribution center and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
