Transformative Leadership Opportunity in Healthcare

Interior Health Authority is seeking a visionary Director, Supply Chain to drive strategic and operational excellence in our healthcare system. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to optimize supply chain operations, performance, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, standardization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to cultivate collaboration and align improvement efforts.
• Negotiate with senior leadership of IH and provincial bodies to advocate for supply chain needs and priorities.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for supply chain, procurement, and logistics in alignment with provincial guidelines or requirements.
• Manage the communications and political considerations around supply chain issues and decisions impacting IH operations.

• An attractive remuneration package with a salary range of $116,591 to $167,600.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with experience in supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations to support decision-making.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, performance, and costs, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to cultivate collaboration and align improvement efforts.
