Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Whitecourt.
Job Summary:The Hotel Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, enforcing policies and procedures, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Hotel Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with special requests and needs of guests
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Hotel Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management on a regular basis.
