Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Cloud 9 Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours per week
