Job Title: IT Programmer-Analyst

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our ERP solutions and internal applications. Working closely with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing IT systems, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and Design: Identify user needs and transform functional and non-functional specifications into concrete solutions.
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and configure applications, primarily ERP, using technologies such as AS400 RPG,.NET, C#, and Delphi.
  • Solution Implementation: Participate in the development of testing, deployment, and implementation strategies for solutions.
  • Maintenance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure the proper functioning of current systems, make improvements, and propose adjustments to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and train users on new systems.
  • Project Management: Supervise IT projects from design to production, respecting deadlines and expected quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in.NET, C#, and SQL development.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Agile methodologies and a good knowledge of current IT trends.
  • Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, especially for meetings.
  • Additional Assets: Experience in ERP and AS400 RPG support.
  • Personal Qualities: Analytical mind, autonomy, curiosity, team spirit, and rigor in documentation.
