Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

At Paladin Security, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and monitor situations, cameras, property, and events.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors, and provide information regarding the facility as requested.
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and visitors to provide courteous and respectful relations.
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and defuse difficult situations.
  • Track record of handling a great deal of responsibility and varied life experience.
  • Enthusiasm for a job well done and a commitment to excellence.
