Richmond Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. You will also be responsible for advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, as well as negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinating the termination of employment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources software and be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to perform repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work with a team and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a English-speaking environment.
