Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Tekstaff IT Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, advising job applicants on employment requirements, and coordinating selection and examination boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Source and screen candidates, conducting interviews and assessments as needed
  • Provide guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
