About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Rai Sharan Kaur. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free space
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
    • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of clean linens
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Waste Management
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
    • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Work under pressure to meet cleaning and housekeeping standards
    • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential for this role
    • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required for this role
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
