Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Prudential Pharmacy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate business risks to ensure organizational stability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business management or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
