Job Title: Business General Manager

At Prudential Pharmacy Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial management, human resources, and logistics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, financial management, and analytical skills.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office-based with regular travel to other locations.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
