Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitoring movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Organize warehouse and work areas to optimize storage and workflow
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
  • Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects
  • Monitor production progress, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Keep track of shipments, and schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
