Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning and organizing tasks, tracking work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, and perform routine clerical duties.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and organize warehouse and work areas.
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
  • Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects.
  • Monitor production progress, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
  • Keep track of shipments, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads, and attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination, and ability to work overtime.
  • Physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) weight handling.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication.
  • Flexibility, organized, and team player.
  • Accurate, initiative, judgement, analytical, and proactive.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
