Position Summary

Unitronic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and coordinate production of marketing materials, including advertisements, promotional periods, and social media content.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, engage with our audience, and monitor analytics to optimize our online presence.
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for web, email, social, and advertisement campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Assess the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications, or a mix of relevant real-world work experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in the marketing field, preferably in the automotive industry or similar.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills primarily in English, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging and growing online communities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
