Job Title: OT Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Infosys Limited. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our industrial control systems.

Job Summary:

The OT Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of our industrial control systems. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing security policies and procedures, and implementing security controls to protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Implement security controls to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Develop and maintain security awareness training programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in OT Cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with network security tools, vulnerability monitoring tools, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with OT security solutions and tools, including Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable, and SCADAfence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in OT Cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems.
  • Experience with control system design and engineering, industrial interface and communication protocols, configuration and testing, and commissioning of OT systems and applications.
  • Experience with PLC/DCS configuration, programming, and testing.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $89,004 to $103,042 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
