Cobs Bread Lakeland Ridge is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also be responsible for requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to operate machinery and maintain inventory, ensuring that the quality of our products meets established standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Operate machinery
