Bakery Specialist

At Malina Bakery Inc, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare special orders, including wedding and specialty cakes
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
