Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Aler Forest Products Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on inventory procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize errors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
  • Language: English (working language).
  • Supervision: Direct supervision of 5-10 employees.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
