Job Summary

Summit Tools is a Canadian company with over 30 years of experience in Power Tools, Power Tools Accessories, Hand Tools, and other categories. We have four retail store locations, a Distribution Center, and Head Office. Our stores offer a wide selection of national brands with the latest products in the market, serving a broad spectrum of clients from Contractors, Trades, and Industrial users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate daily leadership skills to build and support the inventory and merchandising team.
  • Lead daily walks on the floor with area managers and area owners to ensure all standards are followed.
  • Audit company standards to ensure procedures conformity in Inventory management.
  • Sales-oriented, with the ability to make merchandise attractive and easy to shop for customers.
  • Ability to organize daily clerical tasks effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate with head office and other retail stores.
  • Perform monthly benchmark to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Train and direct the merchandising staff for product merchandising and labeling.
  • Keep employees motivated and on-task.
  • Track and manage team performances.
