Job Title: Director of Event Planning

The Lazaridis Students' Society is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the VPs of Events in planning and executing events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordination of events, including securing venues, managing timelines, and allocating resources.
  • Support Executives in booking vendors, arranging equipment, and overseeing event execution.
  • Provide recommendations to Club Presidents and VPs on strategies for maximizing attendance and enhancing the event experience.
  • Ensure post-event documentation is collected, including feedback and reports.
  • Participate in bi-weekly portfolio and full team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to remain committed throughout the term.
  • Personable with strong attention to detail.
