About the Role:

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel itineraries for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with travel industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using travel industry software and systems
  • Bi-lingual in French and English (strongly preferred)
