In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include anticipating customer needs, suggesting improvements to our day-to-day operations, and taking on various tasks to help Golf Operations achieve its objectives. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them to the facility and ensuring they have a memorable experience. Your duties will include having a thorough understanding of our facility, including the golf course, GPS on-cart system knowledge, and knowledge of course rules and etiquette. You'll also be responsible for cart fleet maintenance, upkeep, and bagdrop services. To be successful in this role, you'll need a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
