Job Overview
The Assistant Manager at EightSix Network plays a pivotal role in the success of our retail stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this individual is responsible for leading and guiding a team of stylists to achieve sales standards and objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing priorities, distributing tasks, and participating in the recruitment and training of team members. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of management experience or equivalent
