Key Accountabilities:- Meeting annual financial and production targets.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety Improvement Plan.
- Effective leadership and engagement of all personnel at the site.
- Ongoing optimization of operational cost and achievement of annual objectives.
- An undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, not necessarily in the aggregates industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent people management skills, and a disciplined approach.
