Front Office Coordinator

Welcome to Winston Hawthorne & Co., where we're seeking a highly skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but possess at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and providing basic information to clients and the public. You will also be required to obtain and process information required to provide customer service, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, answer telephone calls and messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance.
