About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Strativ Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing racking, enclosure, and ventilation systems for our energy storage units.

Responsibilities:

  • Design thermal systems for indoor and outdoor enclosures
  • Design mechanical components, subassemblies, and high-level system integration
  • Support overall architecture design decisions based on client requirements
  • Create 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, and bill of materials
  • Develop manufacturability checklists and lead DFM reviews
  • Support failure analysis investigations and development of FMEA
  • Develop relationships with OEMs, vendors, manufacturers, and key suppliers
  • Design and document mechanical systems to support UL product certification
