Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education;
  • An Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Working Conditions

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the children and families in our care.

Compensation and Benefits

Green Sprout Childcare Ltd. offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
