Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at David Hung Tak Chiu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
Work Setting:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and help them maintain their independence.

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Hours of Work:

This is a 30-hour per week position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the client's needs.
