About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities for new and existing products, developing compelling marketing messages, and working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize our product marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive interest, engagement, and conversions of prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft marketing-driven messages through email, website content, blogs, sales presentations, product launch plans, and messaging and positioning of both existing and new products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product marketing decisions and optimize marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product briefs, sales sheets, and product demos.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand product roadmaps and develop marketing strategies to support product launches.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing programs and provide recommendations for program improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing for software products.
  • Strong experience in content writing and creation of product marketing messages.
  • Deep understanding of how product marketing messages drive growth with existing and new acquisitions of customers.
  • Advance knowledge and utilization of marketing tools to determine which tool is optimal for various channels and vehicles.
  • Must be able to evaluate, analyze, and provide recommendations for program improvements with program and market data.
  • Extremely collaborative, with the ability to work closely with various internal teams.
  • Must be willing to learn at a fast pace and adapt to changing environments.
