Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Attendant to join our team at Air Borealis in Goose Bay, NL. As a Ramp Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload aircraft in accordance with Ground Handling manual instructions
  • Ensure equipment is available for passenger and cargo handling
  • Conduct daily inspections of ground handling equipment
  • Maintain occurrence logs and annotate relevant information
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies
  • Communicate with customers to determine needs
  • Process cargo for shipping and perform pick-ups and deliveries as required
  • Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including short notice pickups
  • Valid Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with others
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to operational fluctuations
