About the Role

We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills.
  • Establish, monitor, and deliver nursing care to clients in a Community setting as per the nursing care plan and in accordance with all required internal and external professional practice standards.
  • Support and direct unlicensed/unregistered employees involved in direct client care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program;
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body;
  • Previous experience in the acute care sector or long-term care;
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, critical thinking and analytical skills, decision-making skills, and ability to prioritize.
