  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
