A Day in the Life of a Field Service Operations Coordinator

Create and Monitor Work Orders: Ensure parts are charged out accurately and on time.
Fuel Dips, DEF, W/Washer Fluid: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep vehicles running smoothly.
File DVIR's: Document vehicle inspections and maintenance records.
Check Hours and Mileage: Track vehicle usage and maintenance needs.
Enter and Send Out Oil Samples: Monitor vehicle performance and identify potential issues early.
Attach PMs to Work Orders: Schedule preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
