Job Title: Quality Service Analyst

Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) is seeking a Quality Service Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Service Analyst, you will be responsible for representing CLBC as the primary point of contact for service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Contract Management: Develop and negotiate service contracts or agreements, including costing details and quantities.
  • Contract Costing and Negotiation: Negotiate contract costing and advise on requirements for corrective action in contracted service delivery.
  • Service Provider Collaboration: Consult with facilitators about support requests, service availability, and resource suitability.
  • On-Site Monitoring: Conduct on-site monitoring reviews and investigate competency and service issues.
  • Crisis Support: Work with facilitators to assist individuals and their families who are experiencing a crisis.
  • Service Relationship Development: Recruit and develop new service relationships.
  • Cost-Sharing Agreements: Ensure service collaboration and develop cost-sharing agreements.
  • Funding and Budget Management: Liaise with key staff regarding current funding limitations or delays and participate in local budget management.
  • Financial Reporting: Review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Experience working in the social services sector in areas such as resource development or contract management.
  • Equivalent Combination: An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.
Additional Information:

This is a hybrid work opportunity that combines on-site office work with flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6-month probationary period.

The salary for this position starts at $39.30 to $41.65 hourly.
