  • Ensure Food Service and Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that customers receive an excellent dining experience.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that customers leave the restaurant satisfied.
  • Address Employee Concerns: Listen to and address employee concerns, providing a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
  • A minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
