- Supervise and Manage the Shift: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for team members, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Estimate and Order Ingredients: Plan and order food and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and ready for customer demand.
- Ensure Food Service and Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that customers receive an excellent dining experience.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that customers leave the restaurant satisfied.
- Address Employee Concerns: Listen to and address employee concerns, providing a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
- A minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
