Store Director

As a Store Manager at Groupe RP, you will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment that fosters excellent customer service. You will lead by example, coaching and motivating your team to achieve store objectives and sales goals.
Key Performance Indicators- Proactively guide sales associates to analyze performances and achieve sales targets.
- Provide clear direction to sales and stock associates to optimize store operations and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain merchandising initiatives to increase sales and adhere to company policy and procedure.
- Cross-train employees to work proficiently in all areas of the store.
- Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable and providing constructive feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and coach your team. You will also need to be able to analyze performances and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
