The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and self-directed individual who is passionate about logistics and project coordination, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate labor, equipment, and materials required to complete planned work
  • Dispatch crews and coordinate daily truck requirements with Infrastructure Logistics
  • Provide material and loading details to Yard staff and Pivot
  • Create and distribute day and night job summaries
  • Troubleshoot and provide support to hourly employees when questions arise
  • Review job packages and field staff time sheets
  • Track internal company rentals
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications:

  • A college or university post-secondary education in Civil Construction/Engineering
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a similar position, previous work as a coordinator is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, flexible, and reliable
  • Must have accuracy, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
