Loader Machine Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The Loader Machine Specialist will be responsible for:

- Loading highway trucks and managing inbound Rubble Piles using front-end loaders

- Maintaining dump sites and feeding plants in accordance with Lafarge's Best Practices and Policies

- Implementing and maintaining local and regional safety initiatives to minimize risk

- Reporting and managing environmental spills to site management as they occur

- Ensuring assigned equipment is operated and maintained to original equipment manufacturer specifications and industry best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Industrial plant operation experience, preferably with aggregate sites and equipment

- Valid 'G' license and relevant certifications, such as Cat 980 or Cat 988 Operator Training Course

- Strong commitment to safety, with a focus on preventing accidents and incidents

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
