Job Title: Orthotic Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Orthotic Clinic Assistant to join our team at Academy Foot and Orthotic Clinics.

Job Summary:

The Orthotic Clinic Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves working closely with our healthcare professionals to administer tests, instruct patients, and record results. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, preparing supplies, and documenting patient rehabilitation progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests and instruct patients on test procedures
  • Record results and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Process files and paperwork
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
