Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Safestate Securities & Protection.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The work language is English.
