Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Safestate Securities & Protection. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 5-10 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating security personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 35-40 hours per week.
