Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team at the Advanced Learning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, performing administrative tasks, conducting analytical marketing studies, designing market research questionnaires, evaluating customer service and store environments, developing marketing strategies, delivering presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia, and developing and implementing business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective marketing and business development strategies
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing and business development team
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data and insights
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards
  • Develop marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia to promote the Advanced Learning Centre
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in marketing and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
