Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alpha 1 Cabinets Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and hire staff to support our business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform our marketing strategies
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
- Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with our target audience
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand
- Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Client focus and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week
- Work language: English
