Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Worker to join our team at the Penticton Health Centre. As a Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care management to individuals with mental, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. You will work closely with clients to determine their individual needs and provide a range of physical, emotional, and social supports to enable independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care management to clients with mental, developmental, and/or physical disabilities
Determine individual client needs and provide appropriate care
Provide physical, emotional, and social supports to enable independent living
Work closely with clients to develop and implement care plans
