About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our unique fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. You will work closely with our trainers to guide new clients through their first workout and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to new clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique approach to fitness
  • Sell memberships to new clients, working closely with our trainers to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
