Membership Sales Associate

As a Membership Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting the OTF concept, and working at the front desk to answer phones and handle member inquiries. You will also be involved in selling memberships, giving studio tours, and working with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and present the OTF concept to interested consumers
Work at the front desk to answer phones and handle member inquiries
Sell memberships and work with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout
Give studio tours and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of clients
