Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Build Specialist to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the standard blueprint for MEDITECH as a Service (MaaS) customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with MEDITECH and customers to implement MaaS
- Design and execute standard build for assigned products
- Ensure standard build is followed without variation
- Master system setup and content needs
- Provide superior collaboration skills and team-oriented customer support
- Lead key build and overall milestones within the MaaS implementation
- Work collaboratively with Workflow & End User Experience Analysts
- Participate in educating and certifying Workflow/End User Experience Analysts
- Assist with end-user education and live support with MaaS Customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and challenges
- Act as a resource for the entire group
- Maintain strong communication with group supervisors and managers
- Initiate continued improvement and evolution of standard/common dictionaries
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivation and ability to take on multiple projects
- Flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to maintain a wide variety of responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. MEDITECH will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
